If you were unable to take necessary steps to accumulate mileage before your flight, or if you find a discrepancy in the mileage reported in your Mileage Statement or e-Summary, you may request post-flight credit by sending 1) a copy of your airline ticket or your e-ticket receipt and 2) your original boarding passes along with your JMB membership number to JAL Group office of your membership registration. For Japan domestic flights, you may also request post-flight credit through JAL's Web site. Please login from www.aor.jal.com and access "Post Travel Credit For Japan Domestic Flight".
However, the requests for post flight credit for JAL Group flights (except Bonus mileage) will be accepted prior to enrollment if the request is made within 6 months after the flight.
