Reservations which are not purchased at the conclusion of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
A valid e-mail address and valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and JALCARD.
The credit card holder must be a traveler in the itinerary being purchased.
The credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through www.au.jal.com must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through www.au.jal.com.
All charges will be in the local currency of the country of departure.
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
Through this service, we accept a reservation on JAL Group flights only.
